Erin Michael Dworak is a residential real estate advisor with more than two decades of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of life's most significant transitions. Licensed in both Colorado and Arizona, she has represented clients through every market cycle since 2002, with experience spanning luxury homes, investment properties, new construction, fix-and-flips, probate sales, foreclosures, and complex off-market transactions.

Her career includes serving as the exclusive listing agent for a luxury infill builder specializing in Cherry Creek and LoHi.

She specializes in Denver's premier neighborhoods and communities, including Wash Park, Bonnie Brae, Observatory Park, University Park, Platte Park, Harvard Gulch, Hilltop, Cherry Creek, and Greenwood Village, while also representing buyers and sellers throughout Parker, Lone Tree, Centennial, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Littleton, Arvada, Boulder, and the greater Denver metro area.

Erin moved 20 times before she turned 20. That experience shaped the way she approaches real estate today. She understands that buying or selling a home is never just a transaction—it's often the beginning of a new chapter. She combines thoughtful strategy, deep market expertise, and honest guidance to help her clients make confident decisions with one of their most important investments.

She is also the founder of Sacred Spaces™, a philosophy rooted in the belief that where we live shapes how we live. Erin believes the right home should do more than meet practical needs—it should support the life you're creating. That perspective influences every recommendation she makes, helping clients find not just the right property, but the right place to build their next chapter.

Beyond real estate, Erin is a Certified Therapeutic Journal Instructor with more than 15 years of experience and the creator and host of the podcast Love is the Remedy. Her background in modeling and acting with Wilhelmina Denver continues to influence her appreciation for architecture, design, visual storytelling, and thoughtful presentation.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, completed her real estate education through the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

She showed us what the homes in our neighborhood had sold for and we agreed to price ours for $30.000 more than what the other agent listed it at and was unable to sell it for. Not only did Erin get our home under contract in 2 days the offer came in for $3K over our asking price. More important than everything I've just shared, Erin is the most knowledgeable, considerate, polite, and hardworking person I've ever met in the real estate industry. Do yourself a favor, if you are thinking of buying or selling a home give Erin the opportunity to come and share with you what she knows. You'll be very glad you did!
